We handle ocean freight into Saudi Arabia: full containers (FCL) with live rates from the shipping lines, and part loads (LCL) through a custom quote from our team. Customs clearance, inland trucking and cargo insurance can be added to your quote. Air freight is not available at the moment.
Every shipment is tracked inside the platform. Once it ships you receive a tracking number and follow it from your dashboard, with an update at each major stage.
Payment is by bank transfer, for the amount shown on your booking.
Yes. You can add cargo insurance to your booking. Its cost is calculated from the declared value of your goods, and the cover follows the terms of the policy issued for your shipment.
